Just do what everyone else does: Use the 200 to buy a nice graphics card and play on Tabletop Simulator instead. There's a comically large community of disgruntled ex-tabletop 40k players to play with.
I've got a good chunk of the 8e codex material in pdfs and epubs if you're interested, let me know and I'll toss the lot on my GDrive along with an email to drop you a link.
