You realize that murdering Brotherhood NPCs doesn't wipe them out, yes? They respawn and send vertibird teams to kill you. At high levels, they have ridiculous ranks and insane weapons like laser cannons. But you have uber power armor and nukes and access to lots of aluminum for repairs, right?
