No, for two reasons. First, I would need pretty high Speechcraft to go back and forth between Admire and Taunt, i.e., flattering to raise disposition so that taunting will have an effect. This would cost more money than I would spend on bribery. Second, if I win the fight, I can loot the ordinator and not only get his armor but also recover my bribery money.
Simple logic.
