modded oblivion on the otherhand keeps me on my toes, its turning out quite nice. only complaint is the added creatures and how sorry they look. but aside from the aesthetics, the mechanics are actually great
one mod i forgot to mention was maskars oblivion overhual
i believe that is the one responsible for allowing me to travel deep into hammerfell and stumbling upon an imperial camp in the out of bounds territory, along with other creatures and animals throughout.
oblivions out of bounds area is much different than skyrims, in that its actually traversable and complete, asside from the abrupt drop off far down in the very end, which is not meant to be seen by the player
