On this date, in 1616, Shakespeare died. Did you know it was his birthday?
Did you know that Samuel Clemens was born when Halley's comet passed in 1835 and correctly predicted that he would die when it passed again in 1910?
Today is not Samuel Clemens' birthday, but it is National Picnic Day.
