the stupid fancy imported garlic paste i buy from this middle eastern food mart (not available in any of the flyover states) has been closed due to some kind of wannabe jewish holocaust holiday, or armenian genocide or someshit, idk
its very annoying when wanting to eat this paste and the single place from here all the way to new york which sells it (if even that) is god damn closed
this product is so exclusive, that not even the manufacturers website lists it. its one of those offshoot things only certain stores get.
and you cant just make this yourself, it will never be right
getting the right proportions will take forever. the person who makes this product already did all that work
