the best scenes are never recorded
large swarm of ferals were charging me, the pack started off as manageable, but they grew to such size out of nowhere. they began to pour out from buildings and god knows where else in the darkness
they are so damn fast and lethal
was blasting them down with my semi auto 10mm art deco hand cannon, they were hopping over each other flying at me like missiles
raining down lead on them while back stepping, some were dropping dead in the flurry, others were losing limbs and being overtaken by faster ones
suddenly i hear the tell tale beeping of a land mine, which is instant death if caught near the blast
so i leap up high, the mine detonates while im mid air, was just barely enough to skirt away from the lethal blast radius. both legs crippled, screen filled with dirt, blasting them on the ground as the wave of feral ghoul death approaches, still backstepping, now at a crawl, another mine beeps
no way im avoiding this one
game over
the camera is floating above my corpse, when this gargantuan nuclear explosion detonates while dead
wiping the shit out of EVERTHING
it was the first nuke ive seen in game
modded nuke. larger, MUCH better explosive sound. AAA quality SFX. the sound alone was AMAZING. it was like god himself wiped them out
of course the blast was modded too
it looked amazing
best thing ive seen EVER
