the minutemen and railroad are indeed fucking retarded. so is the brotherhood and institute. all the women are ugly too, at least they used to be. anyway, piper is fucking hot now. so are all the other follower women. though i didnt edit cait. shes not hot.
but anyway, the quests are not something to rave about, though they are not terrible either.
but the actual gameplay, and its mechanics are the best of any other game after modding,
