RE: yup
One of the positives characterizing Euro developers (Neocore Games is Hungarian, fwiw) is that they don't fully understand the pathological chince of American game companies. They do put out relentless DLCs, but they neglect to cheat customers by withholding half of the base game. They cannot restrain themselves from trying to put in every idea every employee has, including the janitorial staff. This often results in the Gothic 3 syndrome: you have tons and tons of content, but you also have a thousand leaks and broken springs. Of course, Bethesda does exactly the same thing and gets 10/10, and all that American withholding does little to improve QA, so I guess it's a wash.
Anyway, bless the Euros. It's nice that they still try ARPGs instead of defaulting to bus simulators. Also, there's the amazing Larian Studios, who seem to be successful at giving you the kitchen sink and making it pretty functional.
