I jumped from a gtx 760 to an rtx 2060 about 18 months ago I guess. I still have a 4th generation i5 (2013) with matching mainboard and 8gb system ram. The card has about the same as the system.
1080p 60fps in virtually everything.
Consoles since the 360 have basically frozen the arms race.
As far as cyberpunk, it looks like a full price game for me, but there is always too many tunnels and too much fluff fromt that developer. One thing I enjoy is that they rarely make me think they are targeting 12 year olds.
Prob a play-once game though.
