Oh, I hated it too. There's some redeeming qualities to it like the multiplayer stuff where different people come together to figure out how to traverse difficult sections of terrain, but other games have done stuff like that before while still doing a better job at the whole "Being actual videogames" part. In the end, it's the boilerplate AAA answer of: "At least the graphics look nice" at a time when, really, what AAA game doesn't look nice?
No joke, I had way more fun dicking around in Totally Reliable Delivery Service with a couple of friends than I did playing Death Stranding.
Mostly, I'm just sour that we got this instead of Silent Hill.
