Anyway, I'm doing
this model
presently. My intention is to do it just like the box art but without all the silly chrome.* I completed the orange fenders last night and will let them dry for about three days before attempting to mask things and apply the blue.
* It's true that this pickup usually shipped with a "bright metal" radiator grill, but in my imagination the service station had the chrome parts redone in white -- at least the bumpers. I may do the grill in orange. We'll see.
