I'm almost at the end of my first playthrough ever. The only thing that really annoys me is the weapon slots, I cannot carry an assault rifle and a sniper rifle at the same time. And the respawning enemies that come after you all the time, they force you to plan your route as to avoid them, so, not much of driving around on the roads...
