RE: WAU! What a terrorific audience
While I didn't intend on playing Ion Fury, I had read positive reviews about it. Guess I'll stay away from it like I had intended.
Speaking of build engine games, I did get Fresh Supply and replayed Blood for the first time probably since the 90s, and the two expansion packs which I don't think I've ever played before. I'm not sure I've ever appreciated just how good some of the maps were, but the shotgun OTOH is just as fantastic as I remember it being. However, playing on medium difficulty rather than easy like I used to had the effect of requiring me to slow down the pace by using a lot of TNT or luring cultists towards my cover rather than just going in guns blazing all the time. I'm certainly not good enough to not take shartloads of damage from all the sniper-tier machine gun hitscanners.
