Ah, I stand corrected. Well, until Microsoft alters what they're saying by doing exactly what I said. Then again, Todd Howard basically works for Microsoft now, and we know that he has never made unsubstantiated claims about anything (for example, Fallout 76 having 16 times better resolution than FO4). These guys are men of honor. If they say something will be so, you can put your life's savings into it.
