At this point, I don't see the point in owning either of the next gen consoles at launch. That said, Microsoft owns a shit ton of developers now, including Bethesda, they have Game Pass, and they have XCloud to basically access your console on anything with a wifi connection (eventually). I'd vote for waiting but eventually getting the Series X, or just subscribe to Game Pass on PC and play all the games while cutting them out of the hardware equation.
But yeah... Phil Spencer coming in with the BDE. Unless you have a hard on for Spider-Man and God of War, in which case you would need to buy a PS5 to play Spider-Man and God of War.
