I should add, as somebody who doesn't own a gaming PC, I'm 100% getting the new Xbox just for Cyberpunk. I'll play that for 3 months, then simply wait another 22 months for Microsoft's first AAA exclusives to hit Game Pass. 2021 will be "meh" but by 2022 they'll be in a place where they can most likely release a AAA once a quarter.
