the good and the bad
i kind of fucked up this high elf in sacred 2
i chose the wrong mod for a combat art, and there is no fucking going back.
there is a char editor for xbox but i cant seem to download it yet, and even so, its some kind of hex editor
so this other thing i thought i fucked up was choosing a deity. not that i ever use them for anything ever, but its still nice to choose the "best" one as many of the others suck
well, i literally chose the worse one, and its even worse on xbox since its extremely easy to accidentally use your god power.
but heres the catch, this fucking giant demon i summon whoch is considered the worse power, has one amazingly useful unknown purpose... so useful, that i would choose it again on any char for xbox easily
this fucking demon eliminates NPC followers which are impossible to get rid of, at least on xbox, its probably "fixed" though not a bug just annoying) in the CM patch on pc.
these fucking followers on xbox are really something. you get "rewarded" 3 non essential orc followers sometime in the game, and they are a fucking curse to your entire shit.
jesus fuck they run out and steal all your xp because they kill shit easily, they are strong, they also ruin the shit out of your mob farming. they fuck up mob groups so they end up scattered all over the fucking place instead of being a manageable group.
heres the fucking kicker, each time you heal, they share your healing potion drink and get healed too, which makes it impossible to let them die to mobs because the mobs will also target you always. and ontop of their shared potion healing, they have very high base hp. very tough.
oh did i mention they also fucking ruin the shit out of humans? if you teleport to a human settlement, the orcs will attack the non-interactable human npc guards killing them forever. also will attack quest giver human guards/soldiers too. these humans also drop loot which is pretty interesting given they are totally benign npcs. its also pretty cool how ascaron properly made the orcs and human soldiers into enemies this way, its not a bug. you can essentially kill the entire human game world on xbox this way. the orcs are in your party but nobody considers you the killer.
but anyway, yeah these orcs are seriously impossible to get rid of. the only thing which will do it are bosses, but if you are not a super high level, as you are playing the game normally on a relatively new character, then you cant just rush to a boss without being totally decimated.
so yeah, this demon you summon is a boss creature and once the demon turns on you to become hostile, as part of his normal routine for summoning him, he will fucking kill your orc party members.
