Also, you know the only wattage output that matters is RMS.
I don't understand what you're looking for. You list a budget around $200-300 but then you're looking at really shitty chinese car audio tier products like Fosi and Dayton. Even if you're budget is only $70, those brands are not worth spending any money on. You'll blow the speakers and the amp will output fuzzy garbage.
