I can swap the tubes and the hum goes to the other channel.
I've never used anything from Rockville, but those style of amps have clones from several different brands. Monoprice brand is usually decent but their model with subwoofer channel is sold out. Big problem with linking/searching amazon is you get a lot of fake/chinese junk. I think Nobsound put out an amp with this:
