necro also doesn't buy underwear because he never could find out how they're made.
I'm getting the impression that he's trying to imply there's nothing to designing and building drivers and therefore a $50 pair of speakers must be as good as a $500 set. This is also based on the thought that the drivers are the only important aspect in speaker design.
