None of those people are actually voting. Sure, they may be registered, but that doesn't mean they're going to go wait in line in November for something that doesn't have an immediate return.
Have you ever tried waiting in line at a gas station or fast food restaurant in the ghetto? The concept of a line doesn't exist at all. Try to imagine that happening at a polling station with no incidents. It's pure gullible fantasy.
