bro, there are 4 unique variety of "table grapes" endemic to the united states, and many more wilder varieties which are not really as edible.
its interesting because they dont really grow anywhere else this way, only perhaps in western asia (including middle east) and europe.
the variety which resembles the common european vine is most interesting because of how untouched and wild it is and because of the similarities
