If an AIO radiator shouldn't be located below the CPU block because the pump normally resides in the block and bad things could happen in this configuration, what about an AIO in which the pump is located ON THE RADIATOR? An example is the

I'm very interested in this even though I have no real idea how AIOs work. Am I right in assuming that there is no "down" if the pump and radiator are always together? Also, I've never been clear about the negative effects mentioned above. Mere overheating/shutdown? Five alarm fires? Explosions? Plywood nailed to windows and mass evacuations?
