yeah, anyway, speakers are more chemistry than physics, not sure what part of my post your idiotic post believes is idiotic, you should probably clarify some here

only the shape of the horn requires engineering, and is also important, but certainly not costly as this is effortless to reproduce by any other manufacturer.
same with the magnetic field and winding, not as critical as the horn itself.
the most important aspect of a speaker horn is the material its made of, which is what requires chemistry in engineering.
though regardless of the material used, the design and shape of the horn is not difficult to manufacture. something expensive like kevlar or carbon fiber (just as an example) would not be anywhere as costly to produce than what high end speakers are currently selling for. not even remotely close.

of course there are several dozen other minor variables into speaker design, as with anything involving electronics and precision. but we live in the year 2020 where entire automobiles in running condition can be had for half the cost of high end speakers, and a fucking meaningless fraction of the cost of a device which draws photo realistic imagery using light from within a fucking vacuum
