Companions in Bannerlord are often pretty high level with very decent stats. I can't find a healer, though, even by looking through the encyclopedia under Heroes/Wanderers. Maybe they haven't spawned yet. I hear they don't make as much difference as they did in Warband. Planning ahead, I need some bruisers so I can assign them to caravans and do village quests, etc.
