toyotas are historically prone to failing in such ways where you can realistically service them yourself. this holds up even today
hondas on the otherhand....
they got some skeletons up in that closet for sure, definitely worse than toyota in numerical data
but hondas do look good, i certainly wouldnt pass one up if someone offered it to me for free.
i just have slight preference to toyota.
