Boy that's a lot of console games.
To be honest I've only played through four of the games listed and the only one I can agree on is Perfect Hatred, the entire fourth episode is some raging horse shit, really.
If I were to add some, the last couple of levels in the original Far Cry were laughably unfair. Op Flashpoint and Arma 3 both have a pair of missions where you're separated from your fireteam and forced to lone wolf your ass to an extraction point that's miles away with nothing but a pistol and a couple of mags, it's the ballbusting brick wall where everyone quits the campaign. The whole of Descent 2 on extreme was unplayable on a first playthrough, with all the hitscanners instantly locking on and melting you in a split second as soon as you turned the corner.
