another thing ive noticed...
rko pictures tend to all be of higher quality,
so much that i cant think of a bad one off the top of my head
i live practically next door to warner bros and universal, which are all the original old time properties which still exist today, the only exception being paramount in hollywood, which is several miles away
but despite this, its rko which ive been most interested of. even before exploring all these movies. just because of its owner and its sort of like a rarity because it doesnt exist anymore. mainly that. like it makes it more special
but after seeing these films its kind of cooler now.
of course rko is long gone, but i do know where it was.
its further up in the valley. but definitely not far at all. im in the exact area at least once every two days or so. there are huge sets burried under the earth too.
but anyway, in case if you are interested,
the best lot out of them all, in terms of most fancy special real estate or the "best land" is by far universal. its funny because they are in a very sweet spot on like a mountain, but paramount is supposedly the mountain boys here. haha.
paramount lots are impressive too, but they are in the actual city and the land is not one with nature like univeral. the city is such filth, so many homeless and smog. none of that filth air makes it here just over the hollywood hills
warner bros is the most prestigious or historically impressive i would say. the actual properly "specialness" is quite good too, perhaps second best or even greater at a dollar value. though not in beauty.
but sadly, warner bros has changed so much in terms of the content they actually produce now. its probably the worst one in terms of pumping out garbage nobody gives a shit about... the people who work there are also such scum shit. i see them all, trust me. i have no choice but to see them all.
of course ive actually been to all the lots, not as a tourist but as a 3rd party employee who delivers stuff. been through all the inner workings and buildings and stuff. the gayest lot is sony btw.
lets see what else has changed.
see plenty of tardo's go into universal too. come to think of it, hollywood is a massive pile of fucking shit now.
most of the things i watch on my pc claiming to be a movie are probably just CIA computer generated top secret shit being pumped from the utah gov data facility, so it doesnt really matter anyway
oh and the back of the Sheraton at universal is some weird ass FBI thing. not sure what they use it for.
