I had to stop playing . I realized I was reloading some fights nine or ten times, and things were only going to get worse.
Eternal is a long series of dances requiring rehearsals. If you're patient enough to approach it that way -- memorizing enemy spawns and blocking combat into segments requiring certain weapons, moves, etc. -- it's probably enjoyable. I don't have the patience.
Everybody keeps selling the Doom Slayer as an unstoppable terror. That's true as long as they understand that what he's doing is choreography.
