I'm only posting this because I know you're all so curious.
So after getting a hold of someone on the phone, basically they tell me that after searching "100 locations", they can't guarantee me a location where I can pick up both the truck and dolly, but said that perhaps I can try a local U-haul customer service number instead because for some reason they have more accurate information. Ok. I call and am basically told the same thing as before. I request to have my reservation cancelled and the rep does it without hesitation. So I start looking at some of the other companies, and barely a minute later I get a call back from the same rep as before, and now, magically, there's a location near me that will have both (actually the same location I dropped the equipment off at when I first moved here). I get it. They can't be certain about availability since rental is good for four days. Still, it's a hassle for the customer.
