RE: gpu shortage
Just read an article the other day about how high-end GPUs are going for roughly double their MSRP while mid-range ones are going for 4X more. I didn't think the problem was this nuts, Then just today I read on article where TSMC's CEO or something claimed there wasn't a production capacity shortage but rather a supply chain and US-China trade issue, and further went on to say that western countries looking to increase domestic capabilities will lead to excess capacity. Then a few hours later I see a headline about TSMC will be investing $100B(!) on production lines.
I'll just go ahead and blame the recent NFT craze for now.
