My favorite film noir is Debbie Does Dallas 2, while it wasn't quite as hard-boiled as Debbie Does Dallas 1, the inclusion of Bambi Woods added an air of stark cynicism that made it stand head and shoulders above the original. Detractors argue the Debbie Does Dallas series does NOT infact belong to the film noir genre due to it being set in Dallas rather than LA, but those people are well and truly philistines as the title refers to the titular cheerleader Debbie raising enough funds to take a trip to Dallas and, y'know, doing it. Also I think she's trying out for a local Dallas high school cheerleading squad but that's beside the point and entirely unrelated.
You may ask, "So where was Debbie originally from if not from Dallas?" It is never fully revealed but based on extensive research there's about a 0.08% chance that Debbie was, infact, from LA, thus making it film noir.
