RE: Outer Worlds impressions so far
The trailer for that game just looked like Borderlands with Dreamworks face and jokes written by a globohomo PR team.
I laughed.
The trailer does look like that. It also misleads you into thinking it's going to be an anarchic romp with lots of sight gags and other tomfoolery. It isn't like that at all, though it could probably use a big infusion of Borderlands.
