At this point Bethesda should just pony up the money to buy the IP so they can hand it to id Software to reboot the franchise. The fanbase at this point is dead but the core concept is basically Doom with humor and a better overall aesthetic (assuming they go back to an ambiguous medieval time frame and lose the contemporary setting Blood 2 attempted).
