Yeah, the two are equals.
I'm generally not into these types of fantasy worlds, and even less into melee combat, but BOTW is still good fun despite me being comically inept at the controls (lol @ me trying to dodge attacks). Oh yeah, and those big Guardians are really cool, if not extremely brutal, enemies.
