feeding spider
caught a fast mover in the sink,
every now and then i find one down there looking for water. they know they cant drink from the toilet so they try the sink. anyway, bone dry down there, havent turned it on for at least 2 days.
i could tell he was thirsty so i blipped the faucet for a nice little splash, boy he understood that one. he was "processing" the situation of me and very aware of my movements. his position in the sink was not exactly favorable. anyway, i got a beer bottle cap laying on the sink and filled it with water and waved it infront of him. he was of course disturbed by my movements but he definitely understood as he went directly to the cap when i placed it infront of him
little guy had all his front little hands up on the cap like a puppy reaching up on a counter top. never seen a spider actually drink before. he was doing it for a good 30 seconds. i watched him for a while and backed away then left to give him some privacy. when i came back he was totally gone
