hol up
ok paul newman was good in the hustler.
the film at first gave me the impression it was going to be something generic, but its actually pretty decent.
not really much going on though at times, but newman sure plays it well and smooth. definitely much better than anything ive yet to see him in. the role is quite natural so its nothing like difficult or exemplary
very watchable movie, something like an 8/10, but not on imdb scale. just what i would rate it at
