well of course she is not actively mocking anyone, its not obvious, but she does have an inherent understanding of the bigger picture. the overall purpose of the film itself. but obviously she is only a component of a larger mechanism set up in play. but still i find it silly how simple things were back then. its humorous. its certainly not like a modern morality piece
