If so, do you get do undergo Tribunal Temple mind conditioning? Do you get to say "I'm watching you" to outlanders?

Also, I need to ask an important Dunmer culture question: what are the requirements for being regarded as a fetcher? They can't be so extreme as claiming you're Nerevar Reborn. Surely the dark elves address their slaves as fetchers. But what about other classes? I think they just don't like your looks.
