see, i know what they are thinking
they are making energy calculations
they weigh this out greatly, its not just a short term picture
they weigh the threat of me vs. how much energy to spend avoiding me. its a thing they do, its put up against their overall length of life.
but there is actually more going on back there behind the energy calculations alone. they have great swiftness but they dont run away immediately, you can get quite close to them. there are also other things they consider.....
