yeah at level 21 i became the harbinger of destruction
the disintegration ray is just 1 shotting everything, and elite mobs and bosses also go down way quick.
all i do is stack INT with gear, but i always upgrade my gear by purchasing new stuff at vendors. but by level 20 the gold loss is minimal
