you say the stats fall within a min max range,
why yes, they do. they always have been doing this.
but im assuming that after level 70 the range itself is fixed and does not scale anymore as they have been doing all this time previously up until level 70?
thats pretty shitty, because the game continues to scale well beyond 70 while items are left behind. i dont like this shit.
because im enjoying finding items with INT attribute and just stacking INT in proportion with stacking skill and or elemental (arcane) damage affixes
im hoping the game will actually satisfy me properly beyond level 70 which is approach right quick through all my brazillian teleports and the double orb-orbit explosions with 500% skill dmg stacked with additional elemental dmg from other gear, stacked with silly-high INT from everything else
