oh i also have another item which gives me a different type of arcane type of orb
but its not the same orb as the arcane orb when using the "orbit" rune
its some kind of unique fractured shard-type-looking-thing of arcane which also orbits me ontop of the other arcane orbs orbiting me.
it explodes for 300% weapon damage when enemies get close, as does the other arcane orbits do.
the silly thing is, the arcane orbits themselves do a double explosion as granted by a unique property of the unstable wand legendary.
so its actually a triple explosion. and "orbit" orbs themselves each do massive damage in the 6 figure range per hit or per explosion.
everything just dies, its glorious
the speed in which i kill literally anything including bosses is dependent on when the damn orbs are going to proc. sometimes they can take up to a half second to proc on their own but you can bypass this if you just spam orb yourself directly on contact with enemy
