the main thing which feeds these orbs is INT.
INT feeds the 447% bonus to skill damage.
this is what i consider to be damage stacking or multiplier stacking in my own terms
but anyway, if INT stops scaling beyond 70 then im shit out of luck
of course i can do topaz shit and paragon shit, but man, i really dont like losing INT as a level-scaled affix from gear
