Sorry. I misread.
As far as I know, Magic Weapon adds 10% damage to all offensive skills because they are tied to the base damage of your weapon. It's a great skill because all the runes are useful, especially if you're trying to make a melee build. If you can work it in, it's not a bad auxiliary for casting.
