the godfather
...is a jewish ripoff of "house of strangers" starring eddy G robbinson
which in my opinion is a better movie
but they are both different types of movies, both good in their own right.
the godfather is more of a mafia movie, but the two share many similarities. much so that its enough to consider the godfather to be a direct ripoff of this movie
