the imdb score of 7.4 is spot on
my only criticisms of the film outside the usual, but acceptable shortcomings of various elements are the performances of susan hayward. her role is a bit weighty within the story, and shes not the best of actress. though she does look good. the other roles from the italian american family sons are acceptable as they are not dramatically complex
