looks like the only failure here is within blizzard for not including all the seasonal features within the offline game.
now why exactly would they do that?
a person can play the same exact game solo while either online of off. but for some reason you must be connected to the super important official blizzard servers of importance, to get the ancient cursed super chinese staff of mystery
