yeah its pretty silly how none of the item stats are actually random.
this seems like a cheap deception.
but on the otherhand, i can also understand how this plays into their "smart loot" system. which is actually decent. as you pretty much get everything you need just by spending the time playing.
this is contrary to the original diablo games where you get nothing at all, no matter what you do
